Plate joining jig, designed to be used for ukuleles.
Dimensions of the jig are 400x400 mm.
Made with plywood. The centre clamp is hardwood with gentle arch, to help apply pressure equally.
This jig is adjustable and you will be able to efficiently join any size of ukulele soundboards or backs.
The jig is ready to be used, you will only have to apply a non-adhesive material to the centre of the jig to avoid wood glue bonding with the jig. On my jig, I use a strip of sellotape.
