This is another simple luthier jig from our workshop.
This jig has a convex radius which is cylindrical and is used to sand the underside of the bridge instead of doing this using your precious soundboard.
The radiused part was machined using MDF and the base is plywood.
The radiused part dimenensions are 200x100mm which should give enough space to sand the bridge.
The bridge sanding jig can be either clamped or bolted down.
Please note the sanding paper is not provided.
You can choose from 3 different options 28, 33 and 40ft.
