All board material tend to warp when a portion of material is routed out. We recommend gluing or screwing the dish onto another flat board to preserve its radius or simply clamping the corners of the dish before using it, will do the job.
If you wish a single dish to be laminated to 36mm which will prevent warping, we can do this for you.

2-sided dish possible with 2 different radii. If you buy a desired radii and leave as a message that you want 2-sided radius dish, and we will laminate boards and make a 2-sided radius dish.
