Radius Dish UK open design guitar side bending machine.
Made with plywood, aluminium and acme screw.
The waist clamp is self-contouring and it will work with any shape. No need to faff around with the waist inserts.
The base of the jig can be clamped onto a workbench.
This listing is for the full setup which includes:
• side bending jig
• analogue silicone heating blanket 1000w
• pair of stainless steel bending straps (90x15cm)
• one bending profile (OM or Dreadnought. More profiles coming soon.)

The jig will come partially assembled and it will need to be put together before using it which is a straightforward process which only requires some basic tools. (Phillips screwdriver, Allen key and wrench size 13).
I have uploaded some photos of the assembly process to make everything clearer.
The Assembly manual will be included with the jig.
Please note the lead time for the side bending machine is 1-2 weeks. I will do my best to dispatch as soon as possible. Made to order.
