This jig will help you making an accurate saddle slot in your bridge.
It can accept up to 180mm width of bridge/bridge blank.
It's easy to use and very efficient. Simply place your bridge in the jig and centre it, lock the jaws. Place trimmer in the base and move it against tilting piece of the jig until happy with position of the slot, lock the tilting piece, set the length of the saddle slot and lock 2 nuts and you are ready to go.
Please note that the jig can't provide enough clamping force to hold the bridge in place while routing. The bridge needs to be clamped/secured before routing. This can be achieved with double sided tape for example.
For the best result, make a workstation for your jig. Bolt the jig down on the piece of plywood and place another 9mm piece of scrap-wood against the bottom of the bridge.
