Choose one of the amazing back and sides sets from our stock, simply add this service and include the note which shape the sides need to be bent.
Please note: you can't choose the thickness of the sides as they will be calibrated to an optimal bending thickness, depending on the tonewood. This optimal thickness is normally found by the feeling and when the wood seems flexible enough to be bent.
If you are ordering this service, this will require a longer time to complete your order as a side bending is a time consuming process. The sides need to be calibrated, carefully heated and bent and then left to cool down, and perhaps the most complicated part is packaging of the bent sides as they can be damaged easily if not packed properly.
No cutaway option at the moment.
I will add all available shapes dimensions in the description when I get a chance and you can compare with your plans if not using our jigs.
