All radius blocks will be made using hardwood, depending on availability.

CNC made for 100% accuracy.
Double-sided blocks will have same radius on both faces. This enables using two different grades of sandpaper.
Extra long radius blocks are a bit shorter than fretboards and will enable to complete the job with less effort when sanding.
Also can be used for "truing" the fretboard rather than using flat beam and then radiusing again. This should make this job quicker. The extra long radius blocks are also easier to guide and also can be used as a clamping caul when gluing radiused fretboards.
